LPGA Leadership Academy

This unique program features classroom style lessons on team building, developing confidence and leadership skills instructed by the LPGA Foundation. The lessons are then reinforced on the golf course with fun and creative activities coached by LPGA-certified golf professionals from around the country. The second day features an executive lunch panel with 4 female Dow executives sharing their journey through high school, college and to their present positions in a casual format that allows the participants to openly ask questions and gain insight.
