Jeff Sweet - General Manager, Golf Course Superintendent; GCSAA Member

Jeff graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. degree in Crop and Soil Science, with an emphasis on Turfgrass Management. He has been a GCSAA member since 1995 and a Certified Golf Course Superintendent since 2004. Prior to joining Bucks Run in 1999, Jeff was at The Country Club of Lansing. Jeff also had stops at Barton Hills Country Club and Travis Pointe Country Club, both in Ann Arbor. In 2008, Jeff was appointed to General Manager at Bucks Run.

Craig McKinley - Assistant Superintendent

Craig has earned his Turf Management Certificate from Penn State University and is currently nearing completion of his B.S. degree in Turf Management from Penn State University. Prior to joining Bucks Run in March of 2013, Craig was previously employed at Walnut Creek Country Club in South Lyon, Michigan.

Jon Conklin - Director of Operations/Head Golf Professional; PGA Member

Jon graduated from Ferris State University with a B.S. in Marketing and a Minor in Professional Golf Management. He has been a PGA Member since 2005. Before joining the Bucks Run family in January 2009, he was previously employed at Olde Florida Golf Club in Naples, Florida, and Detroit Golf Club in Detroit, Michigan.

Brien Duffy - Food & Beverage Director

Hailing from Shepherd, Brien brings with him 23 years of experience in the hospitality, food and beverage industry. Prior to joining the Bucks Run Team, Brien was the Food and Beverage Director at Soaring Eagle Waterpark & Hotel, and prior to that, at the Comfort Inn and Conference Center.

Amy Saunders - Event Coordinator

Prior to joining Bucks Run, Amy was the Intern Supervisor at the Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel.  There she oversaw day to day operations in their restaurant, executed on-site catering events as well as planned and organized off-site catering functions.  Prior to beginning her career in the Food and Beverage industry, Amy worked in the health care field.
