The Frequent Player Program from past seasons is being
revamped, and will be renamed The Players Club beginning in 2008. If you’ve been to Bucks Run to play, we know
you would like to find a more economical way of playing golf. Now you can.
If you reside in Isabella, Midland, or Clare Counties,
you are eligible to become a member of our Players Club. Becoming a member of the Bucks Run Players
Club allows you to choose the day and time (certain restrictions apply) when
you like to play golf, and also choose the amount of golf that is right for
you.
Bucks Run Players Club
Individual 5-Point
Includes 5 rounds of 18 holes with cart; 3 rounds will be valid Monday through Thursday ONLY, and 2 rounds will be valid any day. You will also receive a 10% discount off merchandise purchased in our golf pro shop, a GAM Membership and official USGA Handicap, 5 buckets of range balls, and the opportunity to play in Players Club member tournaments. You will receive a punch card with your name on it, expiring at the end of the 2008 season. This is non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser. PRICE: $280.00
Individual 10-Point
Includes 10 rounds of 18 holes with cart; 6 rounds will be valid Monday through Thursday ONLY, and 4 rounds will be valid any day. You will also receive a 10% discount off merchandise purchased in our golf pro shop, 5 free buckets of range balls, a GAM Membership with official USGA Handicap, and the opportunity to play in Players Club member tournaments. You will receive a punch card with your name on it, expiring at the end of the 2008 season. This is non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser. PRICE: $550.00
Individual 20-Point
Includes 20 rounds of 18 holes with cart; 12 rounds will be valid Monday through Thursday ONLY, and 8 rounds will be valid any day. You will also receive a 10% discount off merchandise purchased in our golf pro shop, 10 free buckets of range balls, a GAM Membership with official USGA Handicap, and the opportunity to play in Players Club member tournaments. You will receive a punch card with your name on it, expiring at the end of the 2008 season. This is non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser. PRICE: $1000.00
Senior 10-Point
Valid for senior’s age 60 and older ONLY. This includes 10 rounds of 18 holes with cart valid Monday through Thursday ONLY, before 10:00am. You will also receive a 10% discount off merchandise purchased in our golf pro shop, and the opportunity to play in Players Club member tournaments. Valid ID or drivers license to prove age must be presented at time of purchase. You will receive a punch card with your name on it, expiring at the end of the 2008 season. This is non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser. PRICE: $450.00
Flex/Shared 20-Point
Includes 20 rounds of 18 holes with cart valid any day. You will also receive a 10% discount off merchandise purchased in our golf pro shop, 10 free buckets of range balls, and the opportunity to play in Players Club member tournaments. The purchasers will be given 20 separate passes each valid for one round; the passes may be used by anyone the purchaser desires. (This is why the shared are more valuable than the Individual.) COST: $1200.00
Terms and Conditions for Players Club Members
The individual and senior level rounds are non-transferable which means the purchaser is the only one that can use them. You will receive a laminated punch card with your name on it, valid for the number of rounds purchased and expiring at the end of the 2008 season. You will also receive a GAM membership and official USGA Handicap with online score posting capabilities.
With the Flex/Shared, the rounds are transferable which means you can let other people use them, which is why these certificates are so valuable. Up to eight (8) certificates can be used per day and they cannot be used in conjunction with a structured outing. Certificates must be pre purchased and cannot be purchased the day of play. These rounds must be used during the 2008 season and will expire at the end of the 2008 season.
Our pro shop staff will strictly adhere to the terms and conditions of the program and it is expected that all members will do the same. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the terms of this program they are listed on our website, as well as on the back of each certificate or you may call the pro shop anytime.
Players Club Memberships must be pre-purchased and cannot be purchased the day of play. They may be purchased at anytime throughout the season, however if you purchase them at the Midland Golf Show or before April 1st, 2008, you will receive an additional round (valid before May 18th or after October 1st) for free!
