Guest Blogger - Off Season Golf Preparations, Part II

Welcome back for another post from our Guest Blogger, PGA Head Professional, Jon Conklin. Today, he discusses the importance of stretching in the off-season.

I have never heard of a person getting younger as time goes by. We used to be able to do some incredible things with our bodies without stretching beforehand, but as we age, that becomes a thing of the past.  Therefore, when you get up in the morning, I suggest you take a few minutes to do some light stretching -- either before you get in the shower or after.  Not only will this get your body awake for the day ahead of you, but it will get your blood moving and will help with your flexibility when spring comes around.
