Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

• Can I bring in a cake for a special event?
  Yes. All food and beverage must be purchased through Bucks Run with the exception of Decorated Cakes.

• Will you serve my cake?
  Yes. We will gladly cut and serve your cake at no additional cost.

• When can I get in to decorate my room?
  Bucks Run guarantees you room access two hours prior to the starting time of your function, however, in most cases it will be available the morning of and we are more than willing to help you with simple centerpieces and limited decorating given prior notice.

• When is my deposit due and is it refundable?
  Bookings are considered tentative until the non-refundable required deposit is received.

• What is the latest my event can end?
  Your events can last as late as 12:00 midnight with all bars giving last call at 11:20 and closing at 11:30 pm.

• When is my final payment due?
  Final payment is due in full at the end of the function and can be paid by cash, check or credit card. Any billing must be prearranged and authorized by the Food & Beverage Manager.

• Is the tip included?
  Yes, there is a 19% gratuity already added to all food and beverage purchases with a pre-booked event or parties greater than 15 people.
